Categories

  • Best Single-Family Community - 10 or more single family homes

  • Best Multi-Family Community - 10 or more housing units

Eligibility

  • Entrant must be a member of the Wisconsin Builders Association. The project must have been at least 50% complete by December 31, 2022. Submissions due by February 1, 2023.

  • Winning projects from previous years cannot be resubmitted

JUDGING CRITERIA

Entries will be judged on the following:

  • Efficient and innovative land use

  • Provide ample housing choices

  • Amenities offered

Required Materials

  • Project description of no more than 175 words covering judging criteria and any other information. Voters will see this description at the time of voting and will be used to highlight winning projects. Can be submitted as a word-doc or pdf.

  • No more than ten high quality photos

  • One high quality .pdf of the community site plan

  • One high quality company logo

  • Submission Agreement (owner/occupant included, if necessary)

  • $75.00 submission fee

Required materials can be submitted at time of check out by attaching the required document or entering a link to a file-sharing platform such as dropbox or google drive.

SUBMISSIONS NO LONGER ACCEPTED. VOTING TO OPEN IN APRIL.
