PROJECT OVERVIEW: This customer asked for a new home that feels like a 100-year-old farmhouse – and we were happy to deliver!  This $1.45M home features wood beams, chinking, and barn wood details, along with hand-crafted light fixtures from antique farm yolks and wagon wheels.  The entry way floor is laid with reclaimed bricks, and the house boasts hardwood flooring throughout the common space which creates that traditional farmhouse feel.  The living space is hugged by two woodburning fireplaces, including a two-sided Acucraft fireplace built in a cream-city brick surround that peers into the kitchen.  The kitchen showcases a cream-city brick backsplash and custom crafted range hood.  The laundry room touts handcrafted barnwood cabinetry and lockers to compliment the antique double wash bin sink.  Finished with LP Smartside, Andersen 400 series windows, Simpson and Woodport Alder Select Doors, Emtek Hardware, Kohler plumbing fixtures, and SubZero appliances, this home was crafted with a keen attention to detail and an expectation of immaculate quality.
