At the conclusion of the project, when internet was available, additional features including geofencing and voice control were added. In total, this home utilizes over 85 smart devices including a smart lighting system, automated shades, a smart electrical panel, smart televisions, thermostats, mirrors, security cameras, and a sound system. The clients also desired unique integrations including fans, fireplaces, and a hot tub disconnect.
