Membership Retention %

  • 75-79% = 1 point

  • 80-85% = 2 points

  • 86-90% = 3 points

  • 91-95% = 4 points

  • 96-100% = 5 points

Membership Growth %

  • 0.1-0.9% = 1 point

  • 1.0-1.9% = 2 point

  • 2.0-2.9% = 3 points

  • 3.0-3.9% = 4 points

  • 4.0% + = 5 points

New Members as a % of Total Year End Membership

  • .1-5% = 1 point

  • 5.1-10% = 2 points

  • 10.1-15% = 3 points

  • 15.1-20% = 4 points

  • 20.1 + = 5 points

Political Fundraising % of Goal

  • 100-150% = 1 point

  • 151-200% = 2 points

  • 201-250% = 3 points

  • 251-300% = 4 points

  • +300% and over = 5 points

Attendance Percentage at WBA Board of Directors Meetings by Appointed Local Directors (excluding life directors):

  • 50-59% = 1 point

  • 60-69% = 2 points

  • 70-79% = 3 points

  • 80-89% = 4 points

  • 90-100% = 5 points

In case of a tie, 1 extra point would be assigned to any local that scores at least 1 point in each of the 5 categories. 

If there was still a tie after that calculation, the WBA President may ask each local for additional information to determine the winner, or multiple awards could be given per the decision of the WBA President.

Winner: $500 WBA scholarship for EO to attend AMC or another instate professional development opportunity.
