The 2019 MBA Parade of Homes runs Saturday, August 10 through Labor Day, Monday, September 2, 2019

Visitors will be able to walk through brand new homes built by MBA Members - Southeastern Wisconsin’s top home builders.

Each Parade subdivision will feature the latest in interior and exterior design, decorating trends, new and sustainable building techniques, and cutting-edge technologies.

The Parade of Homes is a nationally-recognized local event that began in the 1940s and features premier subdivisions and model homes in our region. The 2018 Parade of Homes will feature brand new must-see model homes built by southeastern Wisconsin’s most experienced home builders.

Why tour parade of homes? It’s an opportunity to meet some of the area’s best builders, along with their product and service providers to learn how a home was designed, what materials and techniques were chosen and why, and what went into the construction. The Metropolitan Builders Association (MBA) Spring Tour, runs Saturdays & Sundays from Noon to 4:00 p.m., April 27 – May 12, 2019, with remodeling projects featured the weekend of May 4-5. Visitors can tour new homes, condominiums, lots and subdivisions scattered throughout the metropolitan Milwaukee-area.

The MBA Spring Tour features projects in a wide variety of communities, built or developed by MBA member companies. Projects are typically scattered throughout Waukesha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington, Racine, Jefferson, and Walworth Counties.
