One Month to Go!
Here’s another reminder to get signed up for our upcoming June events. While the Member Meeting and Build PAC signups are on the same page, you need to choose both options at checkout if the intention is to attend both. Additional details on the events are below, but it should be noted that the Golf Outing is almost sold out, so if you know of someone interested in attending who has not yet purchased their ticket, please tell them sign up soon!

Planning is underway for the June member meeting, taking place at SentryWorld in Stevens Point. Please stay tuned to emails sent by WBA with agenda details! As always, attendance is free!
Wednesday, June 26: Build PAC Fundraiser
A fundraiser supporting Build PAC will take place from 4:30pm - 6:00pm at Central Waters Brewing Co. following the member meeting. When registering for the Build PAC Fundraiser, the ticket option is “free”, however a $100 personal check will be required upon entrance. If you or a member want to register to attend both the meeting and fundraiser, you must choose both ticket options at checkout! Brewery tour, tasting, hors d’oeuvres and transportation to and from the fundraiser/block hotel will be provided.
Thursday, June 27: WB Foundation Golf Outing
Take a break from work for a day and support the future of the home building industry in Wisconsin by attending the WB Foundation Golf Outing on one of Wisconsin’s premier golf courses! Not the best golfer? Don’t worry - the outing is a best ball scramble format, with new games being added this year! Sponsorship and registration information are included in the link above.
Town Hall Meetings
We have not received responses from any EOs in the Oshkosh region as well as a few others, so if you did not respond to your respective survey in last month’s EO update, please make sure you do so in the next two weeks. We had an overwhelming positive response from you all when this idea was floated by Harvey in the EO virtual meeting, so we are trying to best accommodate everyone’s schedules and would be appreciative of your input so that we can best serve members.
As a reminder, these meetings will be attended by members of the Executive Committee, and will focus on member benefits as well as anything else you feel your members would like to hear about. If you cannot make any of the dates work, please note that along with the local you are from in your survey response.

Join Now Page Updates
In the last EO update, I gave you all links to your association’s landing pages along with instructions on information to be sure you include. Just a reminder that we will be using this service on our website and will be going live with it on July 1, so we would like you all to have your information updated soon so we can be sure that prospective members have updated information when looking at your individual pages. While we plan to use the NAHB portal on our “join now” page, we also hope that you all implement it on your websites come July 1 as well, as it will make for a very seamless and user friendly option for people to join.
When updating your page, please put the cost of membership (including how it’s broken down - local, state, national) in the “description” section of your page, as there is currently no spot for that, and is something that most people would like to know before inputting their credit card information. Updating information is very intuitive, but please feel free to reach out to Alicia if you have questions or problems, or reach out to Damaris Duarte at NAHB.
